Frustrated!!!!!!

I bought my new refrigerator on 1/11,it was delivered on 1/25/20. The freezer stopped working within 5 weeks then the refrigerator wasn’t cooling.After 3 attempts of repair ,many phone calls and telling them I was going to complain to the BBB, finally I’m going to get a replacement. That delivery was supposed to happen today 5/2/20,still waiting at 2 PM. I’ve called the company several times. First told the delivery was on hold because I refused to talk to someone yesterday when I never even spoke to anyone. I only received a recorded message stating delivery would be today,
Now I’m being told that the delivery man hasn’t received the product yet.

Nice, solid fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is functional and attractive. The door shelves are large, and the see through drawers are really nice - so you can see what's in there without having to open them. The fridge has maintained good temperatures, and is nice and bright.

Great Second Refrigerator for Garage
