Worst of worst

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had 3 of these in about 6 weeks or so. They all are so noisy. I mean they are pathetic.Seconds would probably be better than these. They do keep the items inside cold. The ice maker that is recommended for these things are so loud when they are running. We bought Frigidaire because they used to be super good refrigerators. Can't say that anymore. We decided to get a Whirlpool now.

Your new, high-efficiency refrigerator may introduce unfamiliar sounds, and these sounds normally indicate your refrigerator is operating correctly. Some surfaces on floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make these sounds more noticeable.

You may hear many sounds such as humming, which is a normal operational sound the ice maker makes as the ice mold travels back and forth between its fill and freeze positions, which is normal.

Very Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Inexcusable quality control issues. Corner seams around top of freezer opening are so sloppy that the trim pieces stick out and prevent the door seal from sealing properly. Presumably, this this is why the freezer developed excessive frost/ice within the first few days of operation and continues to do so. Tried calling Frigidaire multiple times and a recording told me that due to high call volume they could not take my call at this time, then call disconnected. Expected more from a brand like Frigidaire!

The inside gridles does hold upright bottles
I can put a water bottle in freezer and it takes two days to freeze

has to be replaed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator does not keep food cold even at coldest setting. ice cream barely frozen. Makes a loud popping sound part of the time when running. It is being replaced next week.

COVID Flop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this during the early days of COVID 19 to have extra freezer and refrigerator capacity, however within the 4th month the freezer started frosting and the refrigerator stopped working. After multiple calls to the Frigidaire support line for a warranty repair, I have yet to speak to anyone and have been hung up in automatically each time. Back on phone tomorrow to try again.

It's not working

It lasted a few months Now it sits, waiting for a compressor I am told could be here any time from a week or month. It's been 2 weeks..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I am unable to get the temperature correct! The Freezer is the same temperature 30 as the inside of the refrigerator. I have to turn the dial all the way to the right to get the freezer below 10 degrees, but then it's too cold in the refrigerator.

Adjusting the refrigerator control will change temperatures in both compartments. The auxiliary freezer control can be left at the factory pre-set (mid position) or adjusted as desired.

A tip that can assist with your temperature concerns is to adjust the temperature gradually in small increments, allowing the temperature to stabilize.

Does not work!

This refrigerator does not keep food cold and the freezer has ice and icicles all across the top of the inside freezer. The store was kind enough to replace the entire unit as there was a tear in the side of the freezer door, but this 2nd one has no tear and it's still not keeping food cold and lots of ice inside the freezer. Do not buy this!!
