Very Nice Fridge at a Very Nice Price!

my refrigerator is not functioning well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my product approximately 2 months before the defrost heater in the freezer stopped working. the backed up ice prevents refrigerator from getting cold. I lost a load of food before a repair man figured it out. He ordered the part, however since the coronavirus lockdown it has not been fixed . Every 2 weeks I prop a fan up and run it for a couple hours until ice melts .
