[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are happy except no meat drawer so I ordered one and it came broke and I can’t get anyone to answer the phone so I can tell them and then get it replaced. I have tried to do the email thing and can’t get through at all.

not the fancy model, but still disappointing basic

odel FFTR1814TW on receipt differs from what is actually ON label inside fridge is the first issue. there is NO cover over the light in fridge main section and NO LIGHT in freezer. door compartment 'railings' are too low to hold most bottles of ketchup, syrups, or taller items safely so you have to use up space on the racks. freezer shelves have MINIMAL adjustment and they do NOTHING to accommodate a decent amount o food whether wrapped or boxed/bagged. VERY annoying to have to keep rummaging around and moving things. NO simple to follow directions on how to change door opening direction and you DO need 2 people to do this, which is not mentioned anywhere in the 'manual'. this was a NEW purchase in Nov 2019 because my other fridge died and I needed one IMMEDIATELY (delivery for thanksgiving week was NOT available and other models were not IN STOCK for immediate use. I am VERY disappointed in what used to be a well KNOWN and reliable brand. Not everyone can buy the new fancy 3 door units or have the space for them, but I at least expected this to be MORE user friendly. Apparently the company is more interested in HIGH END products than making every dam people able to get well designed , decently priced products. If ever I need another major appliance, Frididaire wont be my first choice.

It's a lemon and does not work

doors won't shut

Purchased this new. Put it in and now the doors don't close all the way. Freezer doesn't freeze. I set up a service call for them to come out. NO CALL NO SHOW

Poor design

Bad experience

Since I bought this fridge in October 2019 it has being served three times. Is not freezing and cooling properly.

Came broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge on July 28 and it came poorly constructed. It took a few weeks for the problem to become fully evident (bad seal on freezer, causes moisture which causes ice buildup and the fridge portion to stop cooling due to ice dam). The fridge has been deemed unrepairable. It is now Sept 9 and I still have a broken fridge with no contact on when it will be replaced. I understand there are complications with COVID, but at least talk to me.
