Poor quality with no warranty support

Bought an Electrolux double wall oven about 6 months ago and recently tried the self-clean. Used it on the lowest setting and it burned parts of the enamel right off. I called Electrolux to make a warranty claim and they told me that the enamel was cosmetic and not covered under warranty. What trash. Do not buy this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh no, Burned Chef! I hate to hear that you have experienced this issue. Food spills containing acids, such as vinegar and tomato, should be cleaned as soon as the entire appliance is cool. These spills may affect the finish and can cause damage to the porcelain enamel. Unfortunately, there is no repair that can be done to the porcelain enamel, as there is no touch-up paint available. Amazing Double Ovens!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thrilled beyond words with my new Electrolux Double Ovens. The dual fans for convection baking/roasting are amazing! I can do a whole double batch of cookies at one time - 6 dozen cookies - in the baking time of 10 minutes. They are all baked evenly and there are no darker spots or undone spots. The convection roasting does oven roasted potatoes perfectly and quickly. It proofed home made french bread perfectly and then browned and baked it..
I LOVE this appliance! And I use it multiple times per day.
