Great oven

I've had the oven installed for about 4 weeks now, so far so good. The first time I turned it on, the front exhaust fan made a strange noise. We called a repair man, and he replaced the fan. No more noises! Cooking temperature is very accurate. The easy glide racks are a wonderful asset.

It's a great oven but some of the parts inside was rusted.After i call ABT they replaced with a new one!

I was excited about my new ovens. My excitement turned to sorrow when I cleaned the oven. You have taken a big step backward. I had an easy to clean oven I used the cleaning about 2 times a month and my oven was always clean. We were given the option to take the racks out or to have them discolor if left in during cleaning. I chose to leave them in because then I knew they were clean. Now for cleaning my new ovens. The oven bottom, ceiling, and sides come very clean. The dirty racks are on the outside with no place to scrub them. I have no place large enough to soak or scrub them. Must I put the dirty racks back in my clean oven? The racks will continue to get dirtier as time goes on. Have you an answer for the dirty racks? I hope you can supply me with an answer and then improve your next models.

Great Wall Oven!

Bought this double wall oven as part of our kitchen remodel. It looks great and has a whole host of features I haven't begun to explore yet. Love the removable racks. Easy programming. Heats up quickly. Lots of compliments on the look with my white cabinets.

My "Perfect Turkey Oven"

When I was on the search for the perfect oven I kept coming back to this one. I would talk to my friends about this perfect turkey oven with the perfect turkey button. They would all laugh at me and think I was joking. As a nurse I work most holidays, so my "family" meals usually involve my friends and co-workers. For Easter I offered to bring in a turkey and everyone was amazed at how truly "perfect" it was moist, and juicy. It is hard to believe that all I had to do was put it in the oven and push that perfect turkey button. It is not that I often make turkey, and that is not the only think I love about this oven. My favorite feature is the gliding racks. I have not seen this feature on any other oven and perhaps that was the biggest selling point for me. I like to check my food often and I am able to do so with ease. I just love, love, love this oven!!!

We like it so far. Fairly quiet, warms up fast, cooks fairly evenly. Has lots of options (which need to be learned of course). Would recommend to a friend for sure.
