Bad product.

I am on my second unit and it malfunctioned after less than ten times and the heating elements do not work now. I sent an e-mail to the company two weeks ago and not heard from them, I will not buy another one.

Needs Improvement

Works OK but doesn’t cook the center of the pizza. The edges get crisp while the center stays raw. Good for making nachos.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend nothing larger than a 12 inch pizza when using the pizza oven. Some pizzas have recommended settings you may want to try. For example, a traditional frozen pizza uses DUAL settings only, while a pizza with extra toppings may need the DUAL and then UPPER settings to complete the baking time.
