reliable but small capacity

This has proven to be a very reliable machine, but the capacity means a couple will need to do 2 or 3 loads a week. Not for families, great though for singles or couples. Fits neatly in the smallest of closets. When the unit finally died failed after about 15 years, I reordered the same model.

Bought this one month ago, smaller than our previous combo machine. Biggest problem is the washer noise thru all modes.

marginally usable, low quality product

A few months after purchase, the machine started exhibiting increasingly louder levels of noise, both from what turned out to be defective brakes, and from what seems to be inadequate design to prevent unbalance and simply overall noise. The unit would literally vibrate so badly that it would move inside its closet under some conditions; we obviously cannot leave the unit unattended if in use, which is extremely inconvenient. To be noted, we've been careful to even out the loads, avoid overload, and basically experimented multiple times to see if we're doing something wrong. The overall sound levels would be so bad that we're left wondering if this was ever thought to be used inside an inhabited house. The conclusion is that this a a cheaply made, marginally usable unit which to date, we're unsure if it's been maligned with a manufacturing defect (we've had it thoroughly serviced to get this possibility out of the way), or this is just what the unit is capable by design.Very dissatisfied.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previously had a general stackable. A piece of dirt!! Had three months and it went bad. Got extended warranty and was finally able to get a new one. Whirlpoolet. So happy with it. Quieter, close seem cleaner. And I read all USA MADE!!!

I was pretty limited with space availability, this product was the only ray of light in a dark tunnel of helpless search for laundry machine.
