The perfect fit!

Living in a condo, the space saving capability of this product means a lot to me. I had a front load washer before and I like this top loader better. It's easier to see into the washer. Also, I like that the lint filter is contained and located at the back of the inside of the dryer. It prevents lint from getting all over the place when you pull the clothes out. The washer is a bit noisier (not by much and it doesn't bother me) than the fridgedaire we replaced, but the dryer is a bit quieter. Thankfully, the end cycle alarm ("beep") is much shorter than our previous product. This one is loud, but not deafening, and it's short. This product is perfect for my fianc? and I. It gets the job done and it's easy to use. I recommend.

Great washer dryer combo but wish it had more capacity

Product works well but, because of changed dimensions, is much smaller than prior model which fit in the same space. New model is deeper than former and so, we had to go with the smaller capacity model in order to fit into the same space.

Perfect fit for limited space

I have a small house and need to utilize all my space. This combo unit allows me save a ton of space. It's also a quick and efficient washer. The heat sensor on the dryer works like a charm.

Propane uses beware

When we ordered this is was to replace one that was broke. We needed it in a hurry, so we were glad when it came in. However, it did not come with a conversion part for propane. Most gas appliances come with this, stoves, water heaters etc. Had to call Whirlpool and order this rather expensive part and it took more than two weeks to get it. When it finally arrived instructions were not in English. Luckily my husband had no problems using the pictures to install. Now that it's in, we shall see how we like it.

Compact workhorse!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stackable unit on the advice of a plumber - it had to fit in a small bathroom. So far I'm extremely happy w my purchase. I'm careful not to overstuff the washer as directions suggest and as long as the load has room to move/agitate, clothes are washed/spun well. The dryer isn't too loud either. I have yet to wash queen sheets, but when doing flannel I might leave out one of the big sheets for a 2nd load (will see how it looks after putting entire set into washer). If you have a small space and are single - this is the unit for you!

Ordered this product . Waited a month to get the machine. Was told 2 weeks when I ordered. Was installed and the timer on the dryer would not work. Dryer just kept running. Had to call for a repair. My own fault for not reading the fine print there is no soap dispenser or fabric softener dispenser. I could not imagine a machine without these two items. The machine is very noisy. In other words I hate it and would never recommend any one buy the machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
