So far, so good...

Bought this set about a week ago and even though I haven't hooked it up to any internet service, it has been great just for gaming and watching movies. Looking forward to getting it hooked up to the internet to use the Smart features.

It did not work. It was on for like 3 min while setting it up and then went black never turn on again. Called the support line and at the end of the call and after tried all what I was asked I I was told that it was something internal and needed to be replaced cause they have been having the same problems with these tvs (something related to the power) I was asked to wait for the technician but I rather to turn it back to the store and get a brand new one that works the way it has to than a repaired one that maybe could have any other issue in the future. I am so bummed cause I saved to pay a pretty good penny to get this tv and it did not complied with my expectations:-(

Excellent picture quality. HDR rendition adds to the overall effect. Sound is great even though I might in the future purchase a sound bar and surround sound speakers.

I really like this TV,. It has deep rich color, and a super sharp picture. The 4K is out of this world and the 3D puts you right in the movie. If you can find a UN55JU7100FXZA buy it, you won't be disappointed.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: none!

Great TV, terrible red indicator light when off

Beautiful TV. Absolutely stunning picture, beautiful design, but marred by a very annoying RED light at the bottom left which is on when the TV is turned off. This indicator light cannot be disabled in the software, TV anywhere. I tried to cover it up with black electrical tape and it appears to be the IR receiver, because covering it up seems to keep the TV remote from working. Very annoying.

Cons: led indicator light

Really love the tv only problem I was told the remote would also work as with motion detector when it doesn’t it’s kinda annoying since I like to watch movie on a website I have I have to keep clicking on the bottom just to write somethink down
