Second Samsung TV purchase and it gets better every time. Zero complaints and I'm loving the new remote.

I got this TV in January 2018 and by August 2018, model is disappeared from market.
Poor built quality due to which the screen got crack very easily.

Set up TV yesterday.Haven't left my apartment.Probably the best I've ever had.Hank you Samsung.

Hate this TV

I bought this TV not only for Samsung reputation and I have numerous other products of their I am so dissatisfied with this 4K TV and also of support when you called, then no one can figure out my problem when you play blueray or 4K movies. These big black bars on top and bottom of the screen cuts off half of your picture. It should have a upscale or that would correct this, but it does not. So what good is it to have a 55 branch 4K TV that has these big black bars in take up half of the screen. What's the use of even having it. I also have the Samsung 9500 4K DVD player matched up with it. That is supposed to be the best one you can get but I am truly disappointed now also I am looking to sell both of these in go to a different manufacturer because of my disappointment with this in paying so much between the two. It is ridiculous.

Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This tv has great features and good clean design. Set=up was easy. My major drawback is with the sound. There are no audio output ports. I am hard of hearing, but my wife isn't. The blue-tooth headphones will not work with speakers on at same time.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: sound output features

So clear, so easy to set up and use. Already familiar with Smart Hub from our Samsung Blu-Ray DVD player. 55" size is perfect for us. Just a really great piece of technology. Well-rated in Consumer Reports, with which I agree. My Samsung Note 3 Smartphone has been very reliable and I'm expecting the same from this 4K beauty.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, ease of use, multi-faceted, easy setup
