All in one! Great unit! Will not disappoint

All the bells and whistles for the right price. I love this set. They look incredible, they really do. But appearances aside, the units run amazing. The eco features as well as the steam features on both units are wonderful. These are some very efficient and user friendly units. Thank you GE!

Not Good!!

We bought our washing machine in June 2014. My wife has always complained about the moldy smell. We tried to always leave the door open when not in use. It didn’t help. And what ever you do, don’t forget and leave a load of cloths in there for a day.
But, that’s not why I’m writing my first review, I’ve ever written.
It’s February 2018, and it just locked up. It’s humming like it’s trying to spin. I knew something had to be jamming the tub. I took the machine apart to unjam the tub. I finally was able to get the tub loose. I don’t know what was jamming the tub, but before I could go further to remove what ever it was, I noticed my outer tub was cracked. This is the outer part of the
tub that doesn’t spin. As I looked closer, I noticed the tub had multiple cracks, that went all the way through. It even had a split in the tub.
I’m lucky the machine got jammed. Otherwise, it was only a very short matter of time before the tub completely came apart and completely flooded our house.
I thought buying a GE, meant I was buying a better quality product.

Great washer but don’t forget to clean the seal

I have loved this front load washer but if you don’t keep the door open and wipe the seal down after washes it will mold on the seal.

NO CLUE WHAT TO SAY

My washer is 4 years old. It was never quite in great balance. Every time I have done a wash it got worse and worse. Today when cleaning 5 pool towels (it was not even close to being full) I heard a loud noise and my whole house shook. I ran to the laundry room and found this (see pics). A super heavy boulder on the floor with huge bolts in it, that blew the door open, and the insides came crashing inside itself...I don't even know if I am explaining it accurately so I had to take pictures. Thank god no one was in the laundry room and I had just left the room to put away clothes I had just folded. There is no way I would have left that room without a broken leg from that boulder.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The washer lasted less then year and half

The bearing and spider went out in less then one year and 8 month it seems a lot of reviews saying the same I don't know why GE won't recall something like that when spinning no one wants to stay at the house is like earthquake on top of that started leaking from the bottom and won't finish the cycle the timer keep adding more minutes of course right after warranty

This washer has been serviced 3 times now, and continues to give us problems! Deeply disappointed, to say the least.

Just stopped working
