It' the right height

Had it for 3months, works great. Takes a long time to wash, bur I guess all HE washers do that. Clothes are practically dry when the cycle is finished.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this 3 months ago and my only issue is that when a load of towels is done, the machine goes out of balance. My other GE never did but it had a different base

I have had this machine for a few months now.....I Love the look and functions of this machine....there is one really annoying problem....the tub spins out of control bouncing the machine during parts of the cycle....like it is off balance....I have tried multiple settings and multiple different types of loads....still the same unbalanced obnoxious thumping from side to side..I love GE applicances....but....I would pick something other than this washer....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this washer and coordinating dryer about a month ago and love it. It's built-in risers brought the height up without me having to purchase a separate piece of equipment. It washes very efficiently although I was a little taken back that it takes over an hour to do a normal load of laundry. However, the dryer makes up for it with very little dry time. Overall I am extremely pleased with the purchase.

Great fetures

I bought this as a replacement of my old GE harmony top load set, It was amazing how much more cleaner my clothing was after the first wash, So far so good we have only had this for a couple of months, Time will tell, If it doesn't live up to what it says it does, I will be the first to spread the news, I don't like things that doesn't perform as advertise.

Not for bulky/comforters

Even though it has a 'bulky' option for a wash cycle. It just doesn't wash good. Also, if you have a full load of clothes it just won't wash good.

We appreciate your feedback regarding your experience with it washing bulky comforters or full loads of clothing. It is important that the comforter washed in this washer fits behind the washer tub gasket. Neither the comforter nor full load of clothes should be stuffed into the tub too tightly. Also, for more bulky items or larger loads, you may want to use a PreWash with the Extra Heavy Maximum Rinse Cycle Options. Your thoughts are very important to us. We hope this helps!
