I BOUGHT THIS MACHINE A COUPLE WEEKS AGO FOR MY WIFE, SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT, THE FEATURES ARE GREAT AND YOU CAN BARELY HEAR IT WHEN RUNNING

this is a warranty replacement for a 2 year old washer- this one better last longer than 2 years-

Hate this washer!

I never feel like my clothes are or smell clean. I add extra softener and then do a double rinse to be sure all the softener is out, which I guess defeats the purpose of using less water. It also takes nearly 2 hours to do any wash (even without the double rinse). Give me back my old, non-energy saving washer please!!!!
