Great capacity and so much quieter

We were looking for a large capacity washer and this really does it. The sound dampeners are tremendous. It'll shake for about 30 seconds and then balances out and you can barely tell its running. I'd give it 5 stars but I've only had it for a few months and I want to see how it holds up.

Have had the washer for 4 months. No complaints except...it vibrates a lot on the spin cycle, making much noise. My washer is mounted on the drawer unit. I have had a front-load washer previously (sitting on the floor). It never vibrated. I plan to submit a service request under my warranty.

When I first read all the reviews on the internet, I was a bit concerned that this machine does not use a lot of water like what I was used to and the clothes would not wash properly. However, after the first use, I noticed that my clothes WERE clean and they smelled great.
