Multiple issues

I was warned not to buy a fancy modern washer and rightfully so; the washer was delivered not working. It took several technician visits to figure out that an electrical connection that made the basket spin was never made at assembly. Next there as a recall on the soap dispenser which when installed with new software blew the motherboard. To say the least we have been extremely frustrated with this machine and GE and wish that we would have gone with a simpler machine that costs half the price!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This washer came with our new home. I like the many options. It seems to work very well so far. The only thing I do not like is that the door is very wet after each wash and does not dry without having to wipe it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

LOVE it already <3

I just bought this washer and dryer a couple weeks ago but I am already in love. My last washer and dryer set was a old turn knob basic settings set and was starting to shred my husband and I's clothing, it also never got clothing nearly as clean as I like it. My husband being military he brings home alot of dirt and mystery stains on his uniforms. Instead of scrubbing them by hand for a good hour now I can just use the stains setting with a little pre-treat and it works amazing and comes out smelling amazing and most of all CLEAN. It is also super quiet, our laundry room is right next to our bedroom and I can not hear anything when we are trying to go to bed. This set was well worth the money and the color is beautiful! I am no one for boring white ;)

The GE washing machine is infinitely adjustable, but the primary programs simply take all of the work out of this chore. Quiet...easy to use...uses less detergent...I recommend this machine.

I like the variation of cycles offered and the ability to change the water temperature, spin cycle , etc with any cycle.
