It gets clothes so clean we stopped using pre wash treatments...love this machine!

This is my second set of the GE washer and dryer. I loved my first set and I love these too. My family has gotten bigger, so I needed a bigger drum. I love all the settings and the stain settings. I never have to worry about my clothes. Doesn't use much water and my clothes seem almost dry when they are finished that my dryer doesn't have to run as long. I can't say enough about this washer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this about 3 months ago and have not had any issues but it's early. :-)
Lot's of moving parts & all. 1 problem was cosmetic in that the silver door trim was all wrinkled on it's application so that was a minus. Other than that I don't want to give it a 5 until it's been tested for a few more months.

Couldn't wait to get my new machine!

My 15 year old machine died on me after we returned from 6 week vacation and had 12 loads of laundry waiting to be done. Went right out to purchase new washer/dryer, saw this model with the built-in riser, liked the washer size and laundry options, and asked the salesman when it could be delivered. Just delivered today, have already gotten through 5 loads and I couldn't be happier. The few questions I had were quickly answered by the GE Help Line personnel. Thanks GE!

I love this washer is easy to use and does a good job, the down side is that it takes FOREVER to wash load of laundry!
