We decided on this washer due to the size, 4.8 cf. and the price. It was delivered the same day and we went to work getting caught up on laundry. After the second load, we noticed water on the floor in front of the sump trap. We drained it, inspected everything and put it back together but it continued to leak. Not a lot mind you but enough to want it fixed. The washer was replaced. Excellent customer service. So, that was the down side. The up side is this is an excellent washer. Very quiet. The "load sense" determines the wash time based on the type of load you select. The water usage is 14 gallons compared to 40 in a top load, The spin cycle is 1400 rpm which basically virtually dries the load before it goes to the dryer so you waste less energy there as well. The factory riser is the perfect height.

Best High Efficiency Washer!

What I like about this appliance is that it has a Timed detergent dispenser. There's vibration reduction technology reduces noise, and this steam washer has a combination of custom cycles for the best clothing care possible. It also has steaming ability!

We have had the washer for a week now we really like it. It is also super quiet. Like the large loads especially bedding items. Also uses half the amount of water as our old one.

I purchased this machine when I bought my first house. Moving into the new place with four other 20+ dudes required something that could process a whole lot of laundry. This washer has worked out perfectly and I cannot recommend it enough!
