So far, I am truly impressed with my new Washer & Dryer! All of the new features are very good and I like the fact it is the right height for me to still fold my clothes on the top.

I am very happy about the cleaning of the clothes but unhappy about the softner smell being completely rinsed out of it. Still learning about it but overall very happy.

Very Rough on Clothes

I was excited to get this machine. However it doesn't seem to get clothes clean and is incredibly rough on clothes. Everything I own is pilling and a couple of shirts actually have gotten holes. Blankets and towels that have been washed for years are now not soft. My son's shirts that he uses to work-out have to be washed multiple times to get rid of odors.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
