machines is ok so far!! the only thing that I don't like is water remaining in the detergent dispenser!! so far so good!!

Good Washer. Poor Quality Control

I received the washer and the basket would not rotate. I had already taken out my old washer and was leaving on vacation on the next Monday (with in-laws watching my three kids while we were gone). Given the need to keep laundry moving through the house and not wanting to add complexity from a service visit where I wouldn't be there - I opened the back panel and found that the motor was simply not connected. I also found a leak due to a poorly tightened hose clamp in the back (internal to the washer). Not huge problems, but indicative of poor quality control and proof that they did not op-check the washer prior to shipment. Hopefully those are the only issues.
Since correcting those problems, I haven't had any trouble with the washer and it cleans well. It has a great capacity - perfect for a family of five.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Alarm is too quiet. Wash/spin time keeps changing.

Bought this with the dryer, but happier with my dryer than with this. It does its job and more, and I am not sure why I am not sold on it.

I bought this a while ago and when i bought it i walked in the store and said i need the biggest best washer u got ...they pointed out this on first so i said ill take it price didnt matter to me....i do laundry everyday it has spinning problems the clothes are always soaked it takes for ever time is never right iv already had to pay to get it fixed ....for the money definitely expected more !!!
