Second washer in 6 years

Replaced once for cracked drum in the first two years, no cost to us at all. Four years later this machine is gone too. It was noisy and spins were shaking so violently we were forced to pay appliance company to come out only to hear the bearings are gone! So disappointed - GE I purchased these products because they were made in the USA-
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought the washer dryer set and am so pleased with them. The washer has so many choices that washing is a pleasure. I especially love doing my larger quilts which I would always have to go to a laundromat with. Love the front loading! But especially love the candy red color! GE you've made my day!

Love the features and the large capacity

I bought this a couple weeks ago when we bought our first house. I am a massage therapist and normally was doing about 2 loads of sheets a night, now I only have one load to do because this washer fits 2 loads worth. I am so excited, depending on how dirty I feel the sheets are I can easily change the soil level. The other thing I really like is how dry the clothes and sheets come out of the washer so drying is quicker! Using less water is so important. I was also excited that our city gives HE washer credits on our water bill and these were on the most efficient tier! I also washed our bed sheets with the allergen and steam cycle which was like 2 hours and 45 minutes but it was totally worth it I have never seen them this clean. I won't be cleaning them like this every time but it was worth it. So far I am highly satisfied and must say I love the color.

The washer and dryer combo is a perfect match. Huge capacity at the right height. Outperforms other brands hands down. GE did it right with these models.
