Randomly stopped working, won't turn on. Very disappointing. For such a pricey fan it should last. I haven't even had it a year.

After 2 years of running 24/7, my Vornado started making a whining noise. Called customer service and the problem was quickly resolved with a replacement. Excellent customer service. With the purchase of my Vornado, I was able to go from 3 fans running in my home down to the one fan. It works great. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about spending that much on a single fan, but overall, it was the right choice. In the 2 years that I had it, I would have easily gone through 5-6 of the other brands. The energy savings alone of not having to run 3 fans continually paid for my Vornado. This is the only fan for me from here on out. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. GREAT WORK VORNADO!!!

I bought 2 of these circulators, 1 white and 1 black, in July, 2014. I just took the white one back 10-Nov-2014 because it just quit running on all levels, low-med-high. The black one is still working properly. I guess I'll just wait and see.

I love this Vornado so much that I have several at home plus one I took to work. I wanted to comment that Vornado has excellent customer service. The control knob on my Vornado at work broke. I contacted Vornado customer service and got a response in less than 24 hours. They are sending me a replacement!

I have three of these great fans. They move a good amount of air and have been ultra reliable. The small amount of noise vs the amount of air movement is very good. These make a great white noise for sleeping.

QUIET, WELL BUILT AND A FULL OF AIR

I bought this 530 years ago and I keep it under my cubicle at work. The office is never as cool as I'd like it and it gets very stagnant. When I get back form our work gym I crank up the fan and point if way up from the floor (an angle other fans can't do) and it saves me. It's been kicked, knocked over, had salt from by boots dripped on it and a plethera of other kinds of semi-normal abuse.. It is still deadly quiet and runs like a top. Now... Get me a battery powered personal fan! I'll buy lots!

My family and I love our Vornado fans. We have had the same fans for a little over two years now and they work as good as the day we bought them. They really move the cool air around the house in the summer and the warm air in the winter. We even bring them on our sailboat and camping trips. We are fans of these fans! Just last week we had a party at the house and a man running for city councill commented on how well the little fan worked. I also have a brother in law that loves a cool breeze in the house and he will sit in front of the fan everytime he comes over. I also love how portable they are. I am glad we bought them!

I love his air circulator so much that I now have purchased 2 more for guest bedroom and den. Never a problem. owned them ( or their previous model) for many years. Keep us all comfortable in the hot days of summer. Helps with cutting back on the air conditioner at night.
