[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most attractive unit on the market - terrible performance! Time to listen to your customers - redesign this unit and include an evaporator fan so that the cold from the freeze plate can be circulated throughout the interior. That alone will likely remedy the unit NEVER reaching the set temperature. Looks great but does not provide COLD beverages!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love our beverage center!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our beverage center 7 years ago. We haven't had any problems with it until now. It is perfect for teenages and our grandkid to get drinks and water out of. It keeps them from constantly going in and out of the fridge. We also use it around the holidays when we don't have room in our regular fridge for leftovers. Now there is a smoky, gas-like smell on the inside.We cleaned and my husband took the back off to check it but the odor persists. We had to take out all items and unplug it. We can't find any repair information or a repair shop in our area. We'd like to know if it is repairable and if there are repair shops in our area.

Beautiful and Convenient

We wanted a beverage center in our newly renovated kitchen. I love this model as it can hold both wine and sodas. I took out one of the shelfs and the bottom holds at least 12 bottles of wine and the top hold at least 24 bottles of 16 oz sodas. We love the convenience and it gives us more space in our refrigerator.
