does not cool to the temperature displayed

I am very disappointed with this fridge. The temperature does not cool to 33, I put in a thermometer it does not fall below 45 degrees.

Works best if you leave an empty row from front to back so cold air can move to front.

Looks Great But Performs Poorly

I've been using this for several months as a beverage refrigerator. First, it looks great and I like the lighting and digital controls. When I bought this I was disappointed that although it can be set to 33 degrees it would only cool to about 38. I returned it and exchanged it within 2 days. The replacement unit does exactly the same thing. It will sometimes get to 37 or 39 but consistently operates at 38 even though it is set for 33. 38 is too warm for an "ice cold" beverage, so I often use my household refrigerator to get drinks the proper temperature.

Hey jeffa, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We certainly hate to hear that your beverage center is not cooling properly. Lets check the door seal by placing a dollar bill between the body of your refrigerator and close the door. The dollar bill should stay in place and pull out with a small amount of resistance. If the dollar bill falls out when placed between the gasket and cabinet double check to see if the door is being blocked by anything stopping it from closing it. If nothing is stopping the door from closing then your door gasket may need to be replaced. If you should have any other questions please don’t hesitate to contact us directly. -Jennifer

Question re drip pan

My refrigerator develops ice on the back wall. I turned it off to thaw. After it thawed I noticed the water dripped into a hole leading to a drip pan on the back of the refrigerator. I cannot remove the drip pan. Should I be able to? How do I get the water out?

Probably not the best choice

Although aesthetically pleasing, there some drawbacks. The shelf positions just don't have a good configuration for anything except cans. And the digital temperature display never reaches its control setpoint, ever, as others have complained. In fact, it tends to be off by a steady 5 degrees F. I was hoping the temperature display problem would have been fixed by now, but I guess not. For the price, it just falls short of expectations.

After installing this fridge, we immediately heard a very loud gurgling sound that doesn't stop. We can hear it all the time and its so loud you can hear it over the noise of the tv and its one room away from the tv. I can't and talked with a customer service rep and was told that this is a normal sound. Basically deal with it! The noise is driving my family crazy. I don't care how nice it looks if you have to deal with a loud gurgling sound. I see that this is a common complaint. Beware.

Won't go to desired temperature

Had this hooked up for a few days. Set the temp to 37...went as low as 41 before bed, woke up this morning to it being 45...turned it back down to 37 and got as low as 41...getting frustrated ! Ready to return it!

Not very happy with purchase

I bought this item over a year ago. I was searching for a beverage cooler that would fit in the space we removed the dishwasher. We love the look of it, but I dread dealing with its issues we have with it. First, we have a cooling problem. It never cools down to whatever temperature we want it to. Due to this issue, I think this is why we have a freezing/frosting issue. With this issue, I would have to defrost this beverage cooler again and wipe it down and try again and in a few weeks, I'm at it again. Such a waste money to trash or replace, so we just deal with it. I'm also always cracking a build up of ice where excess water should go down to the drip pan and evaporate dry. It never seems to get the chance to go down to the pan and just starts freezing at the hole and builds up a big chunk of ice. Waste of money and time. Another problem I have with it is how it fills up the cooler. The trays do not fit the cans well, nor bottles as the advertised picture on the box. I was really hoping for a great beverage cooler for bottles on the very bottom and cans on all the above rows. The trays are way too spaced so the cooler feels like it is wasting up space on each row that could have made us another row to fill the cooler up a little more.
