It is still in the box and we haven't used it. We have had a black one like it for years and use it every night. We live in the desert and need some moisture in our bedroom. We may decide to use the new one in another area of our house.

I already owned one and when this went on sale, bought another one. I like the settings for this humidifier. It has worked the best of over 5 different humidifiers that I have had.

I purchased 2 Holmes Tower Humidifiers in early Dec 2015. Both are operating satisfactorily. I prefer tower humidifiers because they have a small footprint and can fit a small space, each serving a single room. I also have 2 like older Bionaire Humidifiers which continue to serve.

I bought this unit to replace an old unit that I had for several years. It was a Holmes unit very similar to this unit....and it worked very well all those years, so I decided to get a new one this year. It is even quieter than my last one.

I have had steam humidifiers, ultrasonic humidifiers, and this one is my favorite.
No powder mess, the tank is good for 24 hours, easy to clean, and cheap filter replacements. works great.

only issue would be the auto feature should be off X1, on at Y9 (so on until 61, then off until 59) because sometimes it will just start and stop as it hovers 59/60

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works pretty good...Can't seem to get the humidity level to stay over 30 even with 3 humidifiers running in the house. They are empty in about 24 hours...if I don't add water before bed they are dry and the filters are also. Ugh. Overall I guess they work ok.
