We bought this a month when the fan kicks on it rattles and is super loud

I am on my fourth one of these humidifiers as there are problems with them. I do run a humidifier 24 hours a day and was upset when mine quit working after a few weeks. But the customer service I received from Jarden was great. They replaced the humidifier for me and were very nice and caring. They believe in the products they warranty and take care of their customers. I will purchase products from them in the future.

The best feature is "quiet". It requires only two filters rather than the four in my old one. The tower style is more compact than my old one. The only problem is that it is difficult to refill the tank since it does not sit flat in the sink.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this in mail have had it for 1 day and love it already what this dry house (gas heat) needed. Have emphysema can tell a difference already am running this one in conjunction with 2 smaller models and is finally making the house just right. Is kind of hard to fill with water though.

I think it's odd that I can't get a replacement tank for my unit but this is the exact same one I have. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy this if you discontinued parts for it. Why are you still selling this if there's no replacement parts?
