I purchased three heaters. Only one of them worked properly. The other two kept shutting off after only 2 or 3 minutes running. Sorry to say but I wont be buying this product any more.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had this heater for about a month. I was given the same one several years ago, so I already was familiar with the infrared quartz. You can count on it to put out heat although the fan is a bit loud. I think it is worth the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not the best product. Especially when this happens. And its not the 1st time. I'm glad my wife was home and in the living room when the socket popped. Could have burnt my house down. So much for a lost reciept and no way to return it. All they want is to go through warranty service. I want a better product. To noisy and starts fires.

Great heater for 14 years!

We believe we have had this Holmes heater for 14 years and one side just burned out. Only improvement I can suggest is make the back handle where it’s easier to carry. But maybe you have already done that. We’ll find out when we buy a new one.
