burner drip pans

I just got this stove yesterday. So far I love it, except the burner drip pans. They rattle every time anyone walks in the kitchen. They don't sit flat on the stove. There are indentations where it could sit flat, but the burner won't plug back in because the drip pan doesn't line up. I have a feeling this is going to be very annoying. 4/5 because the noisy doesn't affect performance.

I bought this stove to replace my 20 year old drop in stove and it was really an upgrade ,with it's modern clean look ,not to mention how much faster it preheats .I think it will save me money on electricity too!

No self cleaning

Why in this day and age should there not be a self cleaning setting on the oven
