Terrible Vacuum

This is the worse vacuum I have ever had. I have a German shepherd dog and a baby so a vacuum is very important to keep my floors clean and hair free. I loved the vacuum at first glance it is light and easy to carry around the house. This vacuums suction is terrible and if you turn the brush off for hard wood floors it doesn't suck the hair or debris into the canister as soon as you pick up the vacuum everything you thought was sucked up comes falling back onto the floor. And the handle that comes off and turns into a small portable vacuum I thought would be great to clean my couch is not powerful enough to pick up anything on my couch. I regret buying this vacuum and I would NEVER buy another Samsung product again. I have never been more disappointed in a vacuum cleaner. The only reason my review even has one star is because this web site will not allow you to post your review without giving it stars.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, this vacuum has terrible suction, not for a family who has animals

Best Vacuum I Ever used

I purchased this vacuum for my apartment and I love it. It doesn't just clean up any messes you know you have, it gets dirt and dust particles that are extremely fine, every time I use it, I am amazed by the amount of dirt it picks up. I use my vacuum on a loop carpet designed for high traffic areas. The other great part about this vacuum is the removable handle, it works great for getting into crevices and allows you to abandon the base so you aren't trying to vacuum in tight spots with a bulky unit behind you. My only complaint about this vacuum is that it does not come with attachment other than a crevice tool. I have used vacuums of comparable price and this one takes the cake.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great vacuum!

I spent a lot of time researching different vacuums and the Samsung caught my attention. I thought I'd give it a shot and I'm very happy with my purchase so far! It was easy to set up right out of the box and I was surprised how quiet it was! I thought it was going to be quite loud and in some of the review videos I watched it sounded loud. It's not too heavy either. The vacuum is easy to maneuver. It didn't take me long to get used to the wrist motions. The canister is easy to take out and dump. The detachable handheld vac is also AMAZING! The suction is extremely strong. I mainly use this on carpet and some hardwood spots. Transitioning to hardwood is good, just turn off the brush bar. One thing I wish it had was a light on the head of the vacuum but it's not a big deal. Overall I am very satisfied with this vacuum!
Pros: Lightweight, strong suction, detachable handheld vacuum
Cons: no headlight, a bit expensive
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pros: This machine has great suction.
Very easy to empty the canister.
The removable attachment is great for the cob webs.
Moves great on all types of floors.
The power cord is plenty long enough.
Cons: so much suction it is very hard to push when vacuuming the carpet.
needs to come with more attachments.

Mostly give the lower rating due to the fact that it is very difficult to push on carpet. Works well on hard surfaces.

hard to move

This vacuum is extremely hard to move and navigate. The wheel are horrible. The suction is fantastic. Children are not able to move it...very unhappy especially for the amount of money spent...would not invest in another one.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, difficult to use
