What fits what?

The accessories should list every series & MODEL NUMBER it fits. If I'm going to spend $50 for something, I don't want to send it back. I need some more towers for my #510 & #618, Not clear what to order. I really like my Roombas.
Pros: Cleans Effectively, Easy To Use, Long Run Time
Cons: Misses Spots

Sorry guys, but all of these negative reviews of 1 star are simply because those people are not thorough enough to make sure it will work for their unit. Plenty of places and plenty of reviews it tells you correctly. I feel bad for the negative reviews for the lighthouse when for those who actually use it properly with the correct machine it works great. I needed 6 total to map out my home correctly, and they work perfectly. YOU MUST HAVE THE 780 OR 790!!!! There, clear enough for all those one stars out there....Just make sure you map out your home correctly, or chat or call their helpline, they are there for a reason!!

The lighthouse works as advertised: It helps keep Roomba in one room/area until done before allowing entry into the next zone. The virtual wall unconditional exclusion works as well. Too bad the previous reviewer commented off-topic.
Pros: BATTERIES LAST A LONG TIM, Works as advertised
Cons: No ability to hard-wire, No way to attach to wall, somewhat bulky

We love our Roomba 770 but where is the Lighthouse?

I too am disappointed that this does not work with the Roomba 770 series nor is it mentioned in any of the literature that came with the model 770 that it does not come or does not work with the model 770. Don't get me wrong, I love the Roomba, but update your documentation to properly reflect what works or doesn't work with each model....and would it be that difficult or expensive to include four C batteries and two AA batteries with the unit...if you did I would have given you five stars.
Pros: Easy To Install, Easy To Use
Cons: Doesn't Fit All Models

Unnecessarily confusing compatibility

I had done lots of research and on some parts of iRobot's website they said this would be compatible with my version of Roomba and on other parts of the website it said it would not be compatible. Very confusing. I ended up buying two of these hoping for the best and they didn't work with my model. Very disappointing, iRobot's product lineup is a mess and they are way too fragmented to ever make a purchase with confidence that it is really what you need.
Cons: Not Compatible, Pricey / Poor Value
