The Best Shreddin in its Price range

I don't know about the more expensive shredders, but this particular model is like the Cadilac of shredders to me.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Quality Construction, Warranty, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Jam Resistance, Mess Reduction

This machine does a great job of shredding, credit cards, staples and CDs. Especially like the safety features, and it operates quietly. Great buy for the price!

Best Shredder Ever!!!!

This is the fourth shredder I have owned and it is the best one I have ever had!!!! I am not afraid to put too much into it because I know it will not jam up! I will not purchase another shredder that is not a Fellowes ever again!!!!

Exceptional Shredder

I actually purchased the DS-1200s, which I think is the earlier model of the PS-12Cs. It's sides are not as rounded as the PS model. I began by shredding some new checks out of an old checking account, which would have immediately jammed my old office shreder, but the Fellowes shredder I just brought home did a quick job of half a dozen books without ever hesitating and never even had to be reversed. Ran some unopened junk mail through it no problem. Didn't even have to take it out of the envelope, just ran it through the machine without a hitch. I rrecommedn this shredder.
Pros: Sheet Capacity, Quality Construction, Service Guarantee, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Jam Resistance
Cons: Mess Reduction, Quiet Operation

A gift in a million

We received our shredder as a 'new business' gift from a friend. Being a small business getting started, it was something that was needed and we were thankfull for it. But once we started actually using it we were so grateful that this was the shredder we ended up with. I have used a lot of different machines over the years, this is reliable, quiet, and pretty, too. After years of fighting paper jams, and overheating, this is a pleasure to use! Thank you for making our lives easier. And for making a machine you don't have to hide.

Extremely Disatisfied

Have had this shredder for about 9mos and now it won't feed the paper. Everything else works fine, but this is not a simple fix like a paper jam or need to oil.
C'mon folks, this thing is expensive--build it to perform for the price you charge!!!

I recently bought the Fellows PS-12Cs shredder for work and it has been working out great. It is exactly what I needed for all of the shredding I do at work!

Best Purchase Ever

I've had this shredder for 3 wks now. Although, time will tell, but So-Far-So good. In the past, problems with shredders where motor burn-out and paper jam (all within 1 year or less). I like that the PS-12Cs Cross-Cut Shredder, is powerful and yet, at the same time slim enough to fit under the desk or on a shelf.
