good shredder

Just bought recently as a replacement for an old shredder that died. Very powerful and fast. A bit noisy though. So far we're happy with it!
Pros: Jam Resistance, Quality Construction, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, fast
Cons: Quiet Operation
I would recommend this to a friend!

Power Shred PS-12Cs

The shredder is a tad bit loud for our small office. But compared to our last shredder, this one is much MUCH faster. (shreds up to 12 documents at a time) It is small enough to keep under a desk which is great!
Pros: Jam Resistance, Mess Reduction, Safety Features, Sheet Capacity
Cons: Quiet Operation

So Far So Good!

Just fell in love with the design the moment I saw this online! I recently bought this and it didn't fail me. Safe operation is outstanding! Safe when you have kids around.

The switch is not user-friendly

In general, it's a nice product, which can be expected to last longer if well-maintained. However, the metallic switch which slides back & forth -- for forward, stop, reverse -- is an issue. The switch should be replaced with a better option and there are many such options -- it only requires tech support's attention. Thanks
