Good before it died

It worked well when it worked. It died just after 1 year and it was used very lightly, a few pages each month at most. Too expensive for it to die in such a short time under very minimal stress.
Pros: Sheet Capacity, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs, Safety Features
Cons: Warranty, Service Guarantee, Quiet Operation, Quality Construction
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Reliable & Durable Product

I have been using this shredder for several weeks and it has proved to be very reliable, easy to use and appears to be a well engineered product. It has performed as advertised and so far, I am very pleased with my purchase. The waste container is large in capacity and easy to empty. Before purchasing, I did some on line research concerning shredders and found good reviews for the Fellowes brand. This was my reason for choosing a Fellowes product.
Pros: Quality Construction, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Jam Resistance
Cons: Sheet Capacity, sheet capacity a bit over-stated

I bought this a Walmart for my small in home Office.Sets up easy, works great, a little Noisy(but it is Chewing things to Bits!)............I love it!

Fellowes p-12c Shredder

It is a great shredder but if you have any warranty issues good luck might as well buy another one. Purchased one online they would not honor there warranty it had a cracked sight window . They origanily wanted to replace unit when it only needed a lens. They do not make all ther parts they told me so it is made all over the world.
Cons: Warranty, Service Guarantee

Right Out of the Box_Damaged

I just purchased this Fellowes Powershred P-12C Heavy Use. I took it out of the box, plugged it in, turn the on button and nothing, I looked at this thing over and over, I found the pull out tray to have the missing tab that pushes the switch in to activated. A Complete Disappointment, and Didn't even get to shred 1 piece of paper. After reading these reviews, I am definitely bringing it back. And getting my money back.

worked well for 1 year now doesn't shed, only works in reverse when you go to put paper in safe sense light comes on . any suggestions that wont cost same as new shredder?
