Being empty nesters, the washer is perfect. Having 2 dogs, the washer does a great job of removing soiled doggie areas. The machine is quiet and washes loads rapidly. The delicate feature is fantastic for lingerie and leotards. Would definitely recommend this washer!

Okay, So I have a second home, we had a washer that was very very old,loud, and jumped all over the floor. It finally quit.The Amana jumped out at me, I remember my mother's Amana refrigerator -when I was young, she absolutely loved the Amana name. We rent our second home sometimes, when we are not using it. I need a reliable machine as people that rent are not careful with other peoples appliances. Money is always tight, so I went with this washing machine. The price was not too bad, and I liked the features I saw.
It does an amazing job, my clothes are clean, it wrings out the water very well, and it is not a noisy machine. It is large enough for blankets, comforters,pillows,beach towels and our clothes. I have the machine the hall area close to the living room for the washer and dryer. Thank You Amana...

Second Amana Washer Bought This Year

It may seem strange to say that I bought two this year. My 20 year old Amana gave way just when I put my house on the market. I sold the house with the new Amana Washer and bought a house that did not have appliances in the laundry room. For the short time that I used the first Amana, I was very impressed and happy with it, so I bought the same appliance when I moved into my new home. I am still very happy with my purchase.
