I bought this after my last washer was hit by lightning....It works so much better than the last washer, and I love the locking lid feature, uses less energy also.

We bought our Amana Washer a month ago because our old one went out. I didn't realize how much I missed a well working washer until I did my first FULL load. I was only able to wash 2 towels at a time with my old one. So to do a full load was exciting. It's super easy to use. I didn't want or need all the horns and whistles that some had I just wanted something that would wash and clean my clothes. I got it! I am VERY pleased.

We purchased this washer a few months ago. I love the idea that it has a locking lid once the cycle begins, but I am able to "Pause" and open the lid if I forgot or wanted to add another item. It is very quiet during all cycles. Hope to purchase a matching dryer as soon as funds are available.

I like my washer because its quiet it balances itself so I don't have to run down the stairs to balance the clothes and I can turn on the fabric softener when I want to use it.I like the safety lock for the lid ,the wash cycles and the size of the tub.i like the way it looks.
