Like the fact that it balances the load by itself. Used to have to run and catch the old machine when the load became unbalanced. Not a real noisy machine. It's very easy to operate, just set it and go. It does a wonderful wash job, as everything that goes in, no matter what, comes out clean. I like the locking lid factor, especially when there are small children around.
