I bought this last year had no trouble. the only thing I don't like is the fabric softner dispenser is getting very nasty looking after using it.

I purchased this appliance several months ago, and Im pleased. The washer runslike a we ll oiled sewing machine. Sometimes I have to return to the laundry room and check if I remembered to start the washer, extremely quiet. The settings are great and best of all the price was GREAT also.

I hated it from the first day I used it. The second day, I had the company get it out of my house. The thing sounded like an old bus with a bad transmission and that is being kind.
