Very nice refrigerator

Bought a new home with this refrigerator as a standard feature. The appliance is one of the best I've had in more than 30 years as a home owner. Only addition I can think of is a removable drip tray.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Spacious and efficient Refrigerator

We replaced a Samsung refrigerator 2 years ago and GE refrigerator was able to give us more space than we had.
The freezer also has a lot of space.

Not a very good Refrigerator

Had an issue that started with the fan in the refrigerator. It was making a louder noise as it was going out. Had to replace the fan and heat tube and a thermo coupler with a 4-1/2 year old refrigerator. That took 3 months just to get parts. Now the compressor has gone out with a day of the other parts being replaced. This unit is not worth the money for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice overall, some frustrating features

We’ve been using this fridge for almost a year. Overall it’s a nice design, I like the double-door setup with the “bucket-drawer” freezer. There are some frustrations, though. The crushed ice sprays in every direction unless you shove the cup all the way against the top of the dispenser, and the ice bucket is painfully small. The doors don’t auto-close, they require a pretty good push—it’s easy to leave a door open unintentionally. And the doors on mine aren’t aligned; for the life of me I can’t figure out how to adjust them. I’m sure there’s a trick to it.

Great Family Fridge
