I like the storage set-up (shelving, etc.) of the refrigerator but am disappointed in the freezer door sealing (see below).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great refrigerator but quite noisy

Refrigerator is great, nice look, excellent space and works nicely. However, it is quite noisy. Overall it is a nice refrigerator.

Bad shelf placement, especially top shelf.

Great little refrigerator, fills the bill

We needed a second refrigerator for our garage so we didn't want to spend a lot of money but we wanted a basic, reliable appliance. We had our old GE for so many years I can't remember when we got it. It worked fine in the garage for ages after it served in our kitchen for several years as well. We're happy with it -- not huge but perfect for our needs. We also received a rebate because of its energy efficiency. A win all around!!
