Major freezer fan noise

I bought this fridge at end of September and freezer fan clattered from the start. Service tech has replaced fan and motor but it still makes noise. Am going to have to have service tech come out AGAIN. Do not expect this kind of problem from new unit! Would not recommend product to anyone!!!

It lived for 2 years

Bought this frig two years ago. From the beginning it made terrible loud odd noises and just recently the bottom frig portion stopped being cold completely. Food spoiled. I guess the era of long lasting durable appliances is over and everything now is made to be disposable.

Terrible shelves

The wire shelves are just awful. They don't give even support to narrow base objects, like glasses, resulting in spills. Also there is no lunch meat crisper and the height spacing does not lend well to many types of jugs. It also doesn't cool as well as I would like.

We bought our house a little over a year ago. This fridge was brand new. Judging by the reviews, we have the same problems that everyone else has had. It made a ton of noise from day one and never stopped. We just got back from vacation to a non-working fridge. Now it is no longer under warranty. Sure we could pay to get it fixed, but why would we with the chance of it breaking again in just over a year. I would never recommend any GE product to anyone. Their products have gone down hill over the years.
