Problem

Unfortunately the freezer door does not stay closed. I'd had a guest staying with me since it was installed on 6/6 and each time I found the door not quite closed (there's about a 1/4 inch gap between the door and the frame) I'd assumed that my guest hadn't closed it correctly and had closed it again. Now that she's not here, I realize that although I close it correctly, and it does close correctly, the next time I check it, it's slightly open again. (I don't have too many things stored on the freezer door making the load too heavy.)
The cost of electricity in HI is the highest in the nation, so this is a significant problem.

This appliance was bought for our church Lion of Zion Temple of Christ Non-Denomination. It really perform like it is suppose too. Everything really stay cold thank you

I bought this refrigerator 8 months ago. It cools and freezes great, but it does make a loud click every now and then. But it has not affected the performance at all.

Poor design

The ribbed shelves will not hold certain beverage containers without them tipping. Flat shelves would be much better. No bin for deli meats/cheese . No ice tray shelve.
The door storage units are large and will hold most items.
