Refrigerator has some knocking sounds

We brought this refrigerator for the smaller size accommodate a lower height space. The refrigerator is very attractive but still has knocking sounds periodically and has continued the noise for the three months we have owned it. Slightly disappointed - and feel it is probably not the norm for this product.

It does not cool well and does not maintain anywhere close to even temperatures.
