Just poor effort

KEEP AWAY FOR NOW> The screen is terrible just almost unusable to the touch. The keyboard is a poor layouT. Just try hitting shift and the letter A, have fun its like trying to lick your elbow. ...On the good side it has good sound and reception. the screen is not good in the sun. the buttons on the side and top are to easy to push and often can be hit by mistake just barely touching them causes action.
Pros: Inexpensive, reception, flash is good, nice sound, bluetoth works well
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, keyboard layout, touchscreen, camera not good for 3mp
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good phone but....

I have been using this phone for over a month now. It is my first smartphone and I do like it, but it has the dreaded screen sensitivity issue. It's a pretty common problem amongst the transform ultra phones. I'm hoping Samsung can fix it with a firmware update soon, other than that, it is a good phone. It runs pretty much any app I throw at it, and it is pretty fast. But with the screen problem, some games can be a headache to play. It helps if you use 2 fingers on the screen if you do have this problem. I recommend waiting to get the phone until Samsung fixes the issue though.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight, qwerty keyboard
Cons: screen problems

It's slippery. The battery runs down fast. Difficult to slide out keyboard.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Not high def

custome ringtones

Very disappointed you can not choose your own downloaded ringtone for text messages or notifications in general. Downloaded ringtones are only applied to incoming calls and you have to use the short, quiet already installed on the phone
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: customize text ringtones

I've had Samsung devices since android became available on the market and I've always been overly impressed. Have only had this phone for about a week and can't imagine why it took me so long to get it. Great phone for the price. Keep up the great work Samsung.

love this phone so far. i don't really have any problems with it slowing down or crashing. i use it for both apps and a phone and it works great. i expect battery life to be shorter when i actively use the phone all day. very durable and works great. sometimes loading things can be slow and can take a while to process.
