Charge

My only problem with it is, I had it for awhile and it suddenly wouldn't charge. It wouldn't say charging nothing, so I had to take it in and get a new one. But overall an amazing phone.
There are many things to like about the Samsung Transform Ultra. It is relatively fast, the slide out keyboard works well, and the screen looks nice. The one I am using has Android 2.3 on it and supports Flash.
Unfortunately, the power adapter plug is fragile and once it wears out, the power supply can come disconnected easily. Also, the phone makes a loud beeping noise when it looses or regains a cellular connection, even if the phone isn't in use. I have been woken up in the middle of the night by a loud beep when the phone looses connection. Amazingly, the phone doesn't have an option to turn off this "feature".
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: beeps when looses signal

You should make Google Play Music the stock default music player instead of the normal music player. Other than that I love the phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The biggest thing that holds this phone back is Samsung's reluctance to update it to Android 4.0. As a tech-savvy individual, I know that there's no reason this phone couldn't handle Ice Cream Sandwich. We just had the launch of Android 4.1 (JellyBean) so you'd think they'd push for some sort of update by now? Samsung needs to take upgrading seriously, given that this phone is now severely outdated in terms of software. Everything else is wonderful.
i have had my transform for just under a month and i am getting ready to send it in for warrenty work for the second time. it just stops working at all. bad phone! stay away!
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As a mechanic i use my phone to do realtime on-board diagnostics via bluetooth OBD II. The android system replaced my snap-on computer and allows me to find parts, schedule service and recieve payments all in one flexable tool....LOVE IT!
This phone is overall a good investment. Call quality is good, the keyboard is excellent for those of us who text our lives away and the speed is decent. However I find it frustrating that you cannot upgrade the OS to take advantage of Android's features. I hope this can be remedied soon.
