In a gluten free kitchen, much prep time is needed. I was struggling with the time I had to spend in the kitchen. The kitchen Aid processor is the answer. I really like how quickly it mixes dough for pie crust, chops meat for for salads, frozen cranberries for fresh cranberry salad. Making holidays happier!

This food processor has really let me do things in a fraction of the time it would take without it. I slice enough apples for a large deep dish pie in just seconds!
The two sizes of bowls allows for smaller amounts or larger. Great feature.
Assembly is simple and the storage box included for the various blades and parts makes it safe and easy to store.

Love this food processor! It's huge though and I need lessons on how to actually make use of all the attachments. But, once I figure it out, I'll be using it daily for chopping, making dough, sauces, etc!

I was a little disappointed with the product, as it is not able to chop everything I want, as it require more vegetables before it can chop it properly. I wanted it to chop garlic and the quantity was not enough for it to chop properly. For the slicing blade, it is not 'clean' in the chopping. Some vegetables is stuck in the disc while rotating, and therefore leaving some unchopped eg red peppers, mushroom, carrots.
Apart from the disappointment, I was pleased that it is able to slice very fast and it is powerful.
I find that it is bulky and big for my countertop. Also, if I am making a small dish, there is not need to use the processor. Often time, I have wished I have bought a smaller version. The main reason I bought this processor is to make my life simpler, use appliances to do the chopping and slicing for me. This aim has not been fully realised.

I bought this food processor in Feb. of 2014. It is the best food processor I have ever owned and I have owned a few. It rocks! This food processor is quick and slices and shreds veggies and cheese, chops, etc., to perfection. I can control the thickness of too with a slider button on the outside of the food processor. It is really a neat machine. I would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a processor. It comes with different blades, and slicing blades, and a spatula inside a storage container. I couldn't ask for more.
