[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received this as a birthday present and used it for a family caning weekend. It did a great job with tomatoes, onions, and peppers. I wish I had this when I did jam a couple of weeks ago. The box for the blades doesn't latch securely, but otherwise, this seems like a great addition to my kitchen.

So far I have only had the opportunity to use this item just once. My dad brought me a box full of apples...so applesauce had to be made. It was so simple to put the food processor to use and equally easy to clean the machine after use.

I've had this machine for a while but had not used it due to kitchen renovations. This processor is a true workhorse and makes short work of all my prep jobs. The wide mouth accommodates potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes etc., mostly without precutting. To my disappointment I've recently discovered that kitchenaid now offers this model with the dicing mechanism. Wish I had waited but glad I have it.
