I Watch many cooking shows and they almost always use the Kitchenaid food processor. The extra high stem that the attachments are secured to is especially beneficial because the bowl will take more liquid without spilling out like the Cuisinart processor I had.

This is the best food processor I have ever owned. Even thought I live alone, I bought this one and am so glad I did. This summer I used it very often to preare vegetables for salads and soups, eating more healthy. And I use it to bake muffins, loaves and cakes.
The size is great because everything processes in one bowl without spill overs .And just love the clean up is a breeze. The exact slice is a bonus because I don't cut myself using a manual mandolin. This is move than a 5 Star appliance for me. I enjoy my time in the kitchen and have become more creative because of that.

I bought this back in February. It is an excellent work horse. It does everything I need it to. I love that I can adjust the width of slices. It makes short order of pastry dough and tea biscuits and makes amazing baby food for my little one. Kitchenaid has always been my go to for small appliances. I haven't had one fail on me yet :)
