I purchased this appliance and started using it the first day to chop carrots, cucumbers, onions, zucchini, and lettuce that I had just bought at the market. I put the processor away and enjoyed the salad. But, the next day, I took the processor out again and used it to mix up banana bread using over-ripe bananas combined with all other ingredients in the recipe! Now, the processor sits on the dishwasher counter and I am using it daily. I cannot say enough about the work-load I have turned over to this machine. I was spending so much time chopping and mixing by hand, the bountiful supply of fresh fruit and vegetables I can purchase in Arizona, This appliance chops quickly and cleanly so I do not have to spend hours bent over the sink and counter anymore. The Kitchen Aid Processor is my 3rd favorite appliance after the washer/dryer and dishwasher. It is easy to clean, looks good, and takes up very little space for a fairly, large appliance. The sturdy case which houses the attachments fits easily in a cupboard. I really Love this one!!

This machine has unlimited options. Whether the job is big or small, thick or thin...you can do it all with this machine. I love the extra smaller bowl for the quicker, smaller jobs, yet the option of a much bigger job with the larger sized bowl. I can't say enough about the ease of choosing the thickness by just sliding the control rather than having to switch out blades and go through so many more steps. This is by far the best food processor I have ever used.

You can control the machine so much easier than other food processors I have tried. With the addition of the smaller bowl, you don't need a second smaller processor for things like salad dressing or chopping nuts. For slicing vegetables to do different types of salads is very easy. The feature to adjust the size of your slices from the outside allows you to get the exact thickness is worth the price of the machine.
Pros: Innovative, Convenient Features, easy to use, the case to store the blades and add ons.
Cons: it's size makes it hard to store.

The Kitchen Aid Food Processor is amazing!!! This is the first food processor I have ever had, I didn't know what I was missing. So far I have mostly used it for slicing. With the ExactsSlice system what might take me 30 minutes to an hour, now takes 10-15 minutes. I love it!!
