The first attempt at using this machine was to grate zucchini for bread. In seconds the job was done. I have since puréed soup and sauce and grated more veggies. I love it

Lovin' my processor!

As soon as I received my processor I had to try it out. Tried all sorts of things with it and it does a great job. The slicing blade works great. The only thing I don't like is that it is somewhat confusing when adding the parts together for the extra blades/disks. Hopefully I never loose the instruction sheet for them or I will have problems assembling those. Other than that it has been a great machine.

I took a lot of time comparing brands and sizes and what different machines were rated to do. We have a garden so processing food is a daily thing for us. I love the flexible size of the small and large bowls. I use the shredding and slicing blades a lot. Only comment is that both the small & large bowls work well with the chopping blades, but for slicing/ shredding the large disk blades only work with large bowl. Love the outside adjustment for slicing. Easy to clean and has a very powerful motor. Storage box keeps everything together in one easy to use place. So far, I am very pleased with my purchase.
