I recently started low-carb nutritional lifestyle. Eating more fresh foods means there is more preparation involved -- chopping, shredding, slicing, etc. But it doesn't mean more WORK, because my new Kitchaid Food processor does it all for me. Food is contained and not all over my counter, and the food processor parts just go in the dishwasher for easy cleanup. Love it!

This is a lot of machine and fits well into a busy, sophisticated kitchen. I am a very experienced cook, and garden, can, freeze, make jams and jellies, pickles, sausages, etc. This unit is not totally intuitive and I had to refer to the manual often when first using it, and would not use it for small, daily tasks simply because of the effort to assemble, disassemble and clean the components, but treasure it in large-batch cooking and processing. It's a little noisy, but performs like a champ.

I love KitchenAid and would recommend all of your products to anyone. This is my second Food Processor, the first one lasted about 15 years, I passed it on to my daughter, who loves it. For anyone who has not visited your store in Greenville Ohio, I suggest you take the trip. It is well worth it. Your sales personnel are wonderful and very knowledgeable. I have a two wonderful mixers from Kitchen Aid. There again, they are about 15 years old too. Sometimes I wish they would break so I could buy another one. The new ones you have are so beautiful, however, my old ones are too. They may even out last me! I am a very satisfied customer. Cheryl
